    Rugby Training Questions

Well as the title states I have some questions about rugby training. It is completely different from these bodybuilding routines or "theories" I guess of a cut cycle and bulk. My rugby coach is a personal trainer and plays rugby competitively. I talked to him today and I told him about my current "cut" and such and he explained to me things otherwise. Also, it's pretty obvious if you know rugby then you would know that it's not all about strength, it's about explosiveness, agility and so on.

Here's where my main question comes. What training program really incorporates this thinking of training for rugby. I believe he told me that he gets his clients, and himself, into a program where you do many, many reps explosively. Take a short rest and continue to another exercise... I'm guessing sort of circuit training.

If anyone is on a rugby training routine right now that they would like to share or possibly know a site that has good information about this kind of training would be greatly appreciated.
