i was just talking to my dad about this yesterday, if you have the chance ask a highschool wrestler. i know they do something similar to a gymnasts bridge- where one starts on their back, and lifts their body while supported by their hands and feet, so your body is curved backwards above the ground--except wrestlers(and football players) will support themselves by their head and feet. they then very carefully roll back, forward, and side to side on the back of their head. my dad said it was easier to do for football because they wore helmets and you could hold your face mask to keep better control. i know these explanations are vague, so hopefully i will learn the proper way to do it soon and post better instructions and pics

Not flamin or anything but I am seriously interested in the reason for somebody actually wanting a bigger neck? Seems a little odd.

Proportional appearance?
Big Body + Little Neck = Goofy

cause it makes you look like a bad ass.
I am also interested in this.
Sometimes when i do dumbell straight arm pullovers or deadlifts i feel it in my neck. maybe just cause i'm straining so hard.

it's a delicate area
wouldn't mess with it if i were you.toomany nerves and risk of compression of the discs.
and in my opinion a thick neck looks ugly and belongs to big ,but not so intelligent and aesthetic looking men.
look at serge nubret.he didn't have a big neck.
but he looked way better than many who did have a big neck.
