Melting Point Dosage Question

I am on Day 3 of full dose Melting Point (2 caps, 3 x a day). I have not had any sides yet. Other than the cost, if there are no sides, would a higher dose yield more results or am I wasting my money by taking more? The package directions do not really give dosing info other than for an average 200 lb man. I am a female, approx 173 lbs. I am also taking Stim-X with it but am looking for another Stim to cycle it with since Stim-X is not recommended for daily use. Only side I have experienced so far is increased thirst.

Patience ma'am, it has only been 3 short days. As long as your diet is in check, the results will come. Do not increase the dosage. If anything, you may have to wind up dropping the dosage to 4 caps a day, but we'll see how you respond to it in the next week or so. By the way, how many times a week are you currently taking the Stim X? My personal opinion, I would use extreme caution with it.

I realize it is soon, in fact, I was wondering if I might get the sides eventually - wasn't sure how long it takes. I definitely did not want to increase the MP but was wondering if I needed to take less of it. I will keep on with it as you suggested and see how it goes. For diet, I eat 40% Prot / 40% Carb / 20 % Fat and I am eating pretty clean. I am doing weights 3 x a week and cardio 60 min 3 x a week (alternate days from weights - except the days when I just can't help myself from jumping on the elliptical after! ).

I have taken the Stim-X 2 days in a row (1 cap only) to try it out (and because I have no other stim at the moment except ECA) but plan to take only 3 x a week and alternate with something else the other days. I don't want to use ECA anymore as I was building a tolerance and had been on it continuously for quite some time (~ 5-6 weeks). So far with the Stim-X I have gotten great, clean energy (no jitters) and no sides other than a wave of nausea about 2 hrs after taking it. Not sure if this is from Stim-X or the MP or the combo. It seems like it starts after my first meal has digested and goes away as soon as I eat something else. It was strong the first day but today was very mild.

Sides generally won't be noted at all until day 10-14. That is IF you get them. True WEIGHT LOSS per the scale won't be noted until after the cycle since you'll be holding water. After the cycle the weight will come off and I do believe you'll be quite impressed. I would not recommend increasing dosage at this point.

Avoid the ECA and use StimX sparingly.
Check out MAN's Scorch or Designer Supplements Basic Cuts as a "daily" stimulant and use StimX only when you really need it.

That is very good info to know. I look forward to seeing how this works out at the end as I have never tried this type of supp before. How long should a typical cycle be? The reason I was asking about lowering the dose before was I wasn't sure how long to take for best results and if the benefit was not any greater with 6 a day vs. less a day then I was thinking maybe it would be better to take less and spread it out for a longer period. But I would rather have to buy another bottle to finish the cycle than potentially lessen my results.

I'd suggest doing cardio everyday since you are trying to lose fat.
You don't have to do an hour everyday but you should do at least 30 minutes a day.

We recommend 6 caps a day, but some people (myself) are very sensitive to TTA and can easily get by on 4caps daily. My advice is stick with 4 for now and if you're not noticing any problems by around day 10, bump it to 6.

Mike, I haven't looked into it at all but could you tell me why TTA/MP makes you hold water?

Since it does, is there any point to using it occasionally for damage control or even at lower dosages? OR is it best used as a cycle from bottle start to bottle finish?

I'm not sure anyone is really sure why it makes you hold water. We have theories, discussed on the MP FAQ on this site.

The problem with using it (or any TTA product) for damage control is that it takes time to build up in the cell membrane. Thus you could frontload it when planning a cheat meal and then taper it down, but taking it for a single day would appear wasteful.

Yes ma'am. We are recommending that you decrease the dosage to 4 caps a day.

If you want to keep your total cardio down consider switching to 30 minutes everyday. The suggestions for less cardio aren't bad but considering that your goals are probably different from 99% of the people (males) that post on this board it isn't a bad idea to keep the cardio higher. Unless you want to be a 260 lb, 7% BF monster, then perhaps you should keep the cardio lower.

I tend to gain weight easily, even at caloric intakes that would barely sustain some of the people here. Even during bulking phases I probably eat 500-1000 calories less than other people and I'm still able to put on weight, including some fat. I also continue to do cardio everyday during bulking. My routine, whether cutting or bulking, is to do intense cardio for 20-30 minutes a day.

Ok, Thanks.

I've never used MP previously abeit tha last few days I've included 2 caps a day of tha beta that was left over from my girlfriend Kim's bottle. Along with that I have been dosing 4 Vaporize as well.

It's obvious to me that I'm holding some water, even on an incredibly reduced carb diet. Seemed odd at first until I looked into it.

I figured I'd put this stuff to tha test over my Expo break.
