    Good thing about bodyweight training is you can do it more often without getting overtrainined and can constantly add variations and increase endurance with them. I like doing pushups, chins/pull ups, dips and bw ab stuff in my weightlifting rountines anyway.

    i took some time away from the weights to train for a spartan race. i was only doind the wod's they post everyday and they're mostly bw exercises and cardio. i never loooked so good and was able to keep all my muscle. when i returned to the gym my strength was the same in all my lifts except for squats.
