Hello, I am 16 yrs old
5" 8'
150 lbs
I play a lot of sports, but since its the winter season, I'm lifting weights indoors...
Question is I've been lifting weights for almost 1 month, and haven't unexperienced much muscle gain in terms of mass. I don't use weights except for dung bells, and lift weights every other day for rest. Not to mention I also take whey protein supplement.
Are there any specific methods to focus on gaining muscle mass? Thx...

1) Eat right- Protiens/Carbs/fats. Get 1gm of protien per lb of body wieght a day. Eat fruits, veggies. Drink lots of water. Eat six smaller meals a day.
2)Supplement- If you wnana do this and your only 16 I would recommend. Creatine, Glutamine, Fish oil, Multi vitamin, Protien powder
3)working out- Work out each major muscle group once a week And abs and calves 2 times a week. Proper form is essential. Stay in the gym for an hour tops 45 minutes is target range.
5)No cardio- You wnana have execess calories in you so the less cardio the less you burn. you can do cardio But if you wanna gain mass you will have to eat more.
