For the past 2 weeks ive had a tweak in my back, a muscle to the right of my left shoulder blade. I am not sure to what this is but i think ive heard spinal erector before, not sure though. It usually bothers me during squats or heavy benching, due to pinching my shoulder blades together. I read something on Joe DeFrancos log earlier about an exercise to strengthen these, Black...something or another. Anyways, any advice or experience you could share would really help. This along with my knee has had some nagging pain, but nothing very serious so ive been training through it, should i not? thanks
