    Arrow FAT LOSS - Shred XS + Green Tea + CLA + Fish Oil + DCP + Sesamin + Lean Xtreme

    Looking at starting the following Cutting Stack next week and would appreciate any and all feedback:

    Shred XS:
    2 capsules in the morning

    Mid afternoon (I workout around 5pm)
    Ragnarok for preworkout

    Lean Xtreme - 3 caps per day; 1 cap before breakfast, 1 cap late morning, and 1 cap before hitting the gym around 5pm.

    NP Green Tea extract
    - 2 caps per day; 1 cap before breakfast and 1 cap before hitting the gym.

    NP CLA Supreme Caps - 6 caps per day; 2 caps with breakfast, 2 with lunch, and 2 with dinner.

    Fish Oil - 6 caps per day; 2 caps with breakfast, 2 with lunch, and 2 with dinner.

    RPN DCP - 6 caps per day; 2 caps before breakfast, 4 caps before the gym around 5pm

    Primaforce Sesamin - 2 pumps 3 times per day (using the NP pump bottle); 2 with breakfast, 2 with lunch, and 2 with dinner.

    So strong!, but remember to keep your Diet and training in check, if you do it right you can expect wonders from that stack .

    Can you elaborate on what all you have in your stack? How long are you running it for and what kind of results are you expecting?

    As for training, how are your workouts (mainly cardio with HIIT or what all)? Are you doing on an empty stomach?

    I will be working out during the week (M-F) around 5pm and if on weekends at all it would be first thing in the morning. Trying to determine how many Cardio HIIT sessions per week, in relation to how many Weight HIIT sessions and if there is any need to do regular cardio during this stack.

    I'm running Leviathan Reloaded, DCP, Napalm, Incarnate, Sesamin, Lean Xtreme, and additional green tea extract and yohimbe.

    I started at 15% BF, I'd like to get down to 10. The stack will last about 7 weeks, though I'll contine the dietary and training strategy a bit past that.

    As far as training goes, I do 3 high intensity lifting sessions a week. 12 exercises, starting with the legs, then moving to back, chest, shoulders, arms, and abs last. All done with enough weight to do one set of 8-12 reps to failure, and with no rest between exercises. Also, I use as many compound lifts as possible, as well as some negative training.

    Additionally, I do fasted cardio 3 or 4 mornings a week, a couple more cardio sessions on top of that. I try to get at least one HIIT session in per week, plus a couple ab workouts.

    Diet wise, most of my carbs are consumed immediately pwo, usually in the form of dextrose/maltodextrin. Most additional carbs are oats or a sweet potato for breakfast. Later in the day, my meals are generally just chicken and brocoli. Late night, depending on hunger, I go for a spoonful or two of natural peanut butter before bed or a syntha6 shake if I need.

    So you are only doing about one HIIT session per week?

    Are your fasted cardio sessions low or high intensity and for what duration?

    How long do you high intensity lifting sessions last each time? So you basically do one rep on each exercise right or then do you repeat it?

    For your additional cardio sessions on top of your fasted cardio sessions, are those high or low intensity and for what duration?

    you do not need additional green tea extract since you are already taking lean extreme, the added yohimbe is probably not needed either.
    Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. They're primarily concerned with pushing their products. Not your safety or what's best for you.

    good, if you didn't already start, I would add things in one at a time to assess how they are working and your tolerance.

    Seems like overkill and there is alot of repetition in this stack. The cumulative effects will not really ellicit that much better of gains.

    Sesamin and TTA are both strong PPAR agaonists on their own, I see no reason to stack them. Choose either Sesamin or DCP

    Don't see the point off all the Green Tea Extract (Shred, LX, and NP GTE). Atleast eliminate one of those.

    If you're taking the caffeinated version of Ragnarok I'd drop the second dosage of Shred.

    How bout DCP/Lean X/Fish oil/CLA?

    How would using 11-OXO compare to Lean Xtreme?

    Thanks for the great feedback!

    I am not going to be using the GTE...setting it aside for now.

    I am only going to be using Shred-XS first thing in the morning at 2 caps.

    Ragnarok will be used for pre-workout around 5pm and it is the caffeine version so no need for any Shred XS then.
