Being that you are one of those fellows that manages to keep their bodyfat below 10% year round, and me trying to be one so I can use any help I can get, what does your typical diet look like (macrowise or foodwise if you want to post it)? Great job, obviously. Must be difficult not being able to go to the gym too much, though it also may be a refresher of sorts for when you return.

thanks bro, it's very difficult and frustrating not being able to go to the gym, or being in bed i'm the type that's always out on the move or busy with something so being sick sucks
my diet isn't so strict anymore. I used to eat 45% protein 45% fats and 10% carbs but now it's more like 40 40 20. Honestly I don't know exactly how much protein i eat everyday, i'm guessing it's around 250-300g. i eat every 2 hours and i try to get enough protein with each meal but i'm not very strict about it
i also have about 2 days a week where i carb load and indulge myself with anything, the only thing i try and do those days is consume enough protein
if i feel like i overdid it with something for a day or two i incorperate my intensity accordingly with cardio

ty guys  i'm actually a lot better today. just 2-3 more days and i think i'll be ready to hit the gym again
fritz, i've been lifting for sports and such for about 8-9 years, but i've been consistently lifting for about 5 years
