I had the Flu for the week...

Yep I got the Flu last saturday, and I still got it, its freaking horrible, the worst thing I have ever felt. I have not even eaten very much either. I was 175 lbs, and I was doing a mini cut. I weight myself today and im 157 is. Will the lost muscle come back?

Yes. It's not really a muscle loss, the flu just drains everything out of you. You'll gain most if not all of it back as soon as you get better.

Yea, I'd say it's nothing to worry about. The flu's no fun, but you'll gain it back when you get over it.

I lost 18 lbs in 2 weeks while I got my wisdom teeth out and had pneumonia, and in a little over 3 weeks. The strength will be lacking early, but you will notice big increases in weight the first week and then the strength will come back. My bench dropped down to doing 185 about twice and now, 2 and a half weeks later and 16 lbs later, i'm pushing 215 2-3 times. It'll come back. Be Patient.
