2 lbs broccoli florets, thaw first if frozen
2-15 oz containers of ricotta
2 jars Trader Joe's Bruschetta
2 lbs meat
1 lb mozzarella
8 oz parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1tbsp italian seasonings
Preheat oven to 375 dgrees. Mix mozzarella, broccoli, egg, italian seasoing, ricotta and bruschetta in a large bowl until well blended. I usually layer the broccoli mix with meat but you can throw it in there and mix it in as well. Top the pan off parmesan cheese. Cover pan with foil that has been oiled so it doesn't stck to the cheese. Bake for 1 hour or unil bubbly. Remove foil for the last 20 minutes to crusp the parmesan cheese.
