Where can i order some inexpensive belts for weightlifting?

My lower back feels like it will snap during heavy Military presses and such

First, I would build up your core...beltless squats, deadlifts, weighted ab work, etc. How can your back hold up to heavy deadlifts if it can't handle military presses?

Second, If you even MIGHT nd up using your belt semi-regularly, I would pay a bit more for a belt from inzer or something similar. Sure, the belt costs more, but it will be a one-time investment. You will probably never need to purchase a new one.

On the other hand...I believe I heard something about an inexpensive belt made by valeo...

    good luck

Thanks i do plenty of lower back work and 4x25 weighted sit up's 3-4x a week.
I don't have this problem to much on deadlifts or others but during heavy military presses it feels like it is going to snap

How much do the belts cost
