    132lbs. than 1800 would be fine if you are cutting but if your trying to gain muscle I'd increase calories another 300-500.

    1900 is roughly your maintenance meaning if you consume that many calories a day you will not gain or lose weight (according to most caloric formulas). I would still increase calories into the 2200-2500 range and eat all clean foods. You should really be eating a lot at that age you are growing, take advantage of it.
