Dumb bells
Start with 2lb or 3lb weights and move up to 5lb.

No one is going to lose 8% body fat in two weeks eating 1000 calories a day and pumping their weeny little arms with 2lb weights. It also says to do at least one 10 minute session a day, but try to get 3 sessions. I don't think any of us could drop 8% BF in two weeks lifting real weight for just 30 min a day

Before I started weight training I fasted for 10 days on fluids alone and did excessive cardio and I only lost 10 pounds in 10 days. I would not recommend that to anyone. I agree with the others, what they're saying on that article is impossible.
Bodybuilding: striving to defeat your own demons and overcome self imposed limitations.
Martial arts: the ideal rhythm of a movement is manifested as powerful grace.
