How long does it take for Whey and Creatine to go bad?

The whey can grow bacteria once it is opened and exposed to the air. The creatine if it is not clumpy should still be fine.

I opened a tub of ON 100% whey around Jan. 05 and just started using it again earlier this month, over one year later and it was fine. I didn't notice any bacteria growth, strange taste or pukage, so I kept drinking it and now I'm almost out and it's been fine.
