One arm slightly bigger than the other
Hi
I've got a problem, it's nothing greatly noticeable, but my left arm is slightly smaller than my right one. I've switched over to only dumbbell exercises with my arm and that seems to be working a bit, but I was thinking of having a day where I just work out my left arm, until it appears level with the right arm. This sound good or is that a stupid idea?

Perhaps still work your right arm, just not as much?

Switch arms when you're doing the jiggaroo or do 1 extra set on your smaller arm

I would just continue doing what your doing, your arms will just level out.
And your arms will never be exactly the same. You have a dominant arm so that arm tends to be bigger.

I used to have the same problem, I did compound exercises for a while and they eventually evened out.

Your dominant hand's arm is always gonna be bigger, or at least a slightly different shape than your non-dominant hand. The appearance though will not be very noticeable, especially once you start to level out...don't put so much thought into it. Just lift.

a good thing to do is always start with the non-dominant arm so you can make sure that your going to be able to complete the set, where as starting with your dominant might result it doing 10 reps with it and only being able to get 9 with your non dominant
