Just got my bottle yesterday. I'm using two pumps per application twice a day: first thing in the morning and just before bedtime. Does it matter what time you use it during the day? I'm also on EC and Green Tea extract to lose my lower ab fat (currently 13-14% bf). Thanks!

Doesn't matter what time it is applied so long as it is spaced evenly and applied to clean skin. Be sure to keep us posted on your thoughts. Best of luck on the cut, with your stack it looks like you wont need my luck.Originally Posted by greenleaf

I gotta question. I know majority of people use this on their abs but can I use this on my arms and face? My arms arent as defined as I want and my face has some chubbiness to it. Can Napalm be just as effective on those places?

As I said on AM, we do not recommend it for use on the face.
Arms are ok, though.
