It was a joke, I don't dislike anyone on bb.com. Despite my name, I seen majority of their post. I been lurking on this forum since 2003 and only looked at every other section besides the misc section before. After I got the hang of weight lifting, I just waste my time on the misc section and finally made a account.

1st. I would hope everyone squats for reps, but if your 1RM is 100 pounds you have a problem.

2nd. If you think thats from a 50 Cent song, you have an even bigger problem

My 1rm is not 100 pounds and like i have said i hack squat for reps.

And i can do over 400 unweighted squats and I train for endurance not size.And i don't need to be criticized by a over weight wigger who should spend more time doing cardio and less time listening to rap
