    Finger Strength

Does anyone know anything to help strengthen up fingers and some forearm workouts are always appreciated. My dad has told me to do some finger push-ups and squeeze tennis balls. Is there anything else?
Only those who risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.

Put two weights together, flat surface out and grip them between your fingers. You're basically using your grip/forearm strength to keep the plates from sliding and falling down. Deadlifts and shrugs are great for your forearms too (and have the added benefit of working other muscle groups).

Na, that's about all you can do. Also, take rubber bands (the big, thick, industrial type!) and do outward finger excersises. Those are the best ways. Also, I've always found taking heavy sticks and sledge hammers and such and swining them around in various directions strengthens your grip in about every way. XD
