    6-7 cups usually.. 3 times a day, 2.5 cups a bowl, cooked with water and throw 2-3 tbsp of olive oil on top of it. Yummy =P

    I usually have a bowl or two of oatmeal....eaquals about 1 to 1 1/2 cups. Plus about 3/4 cups in a shake. I will hopefully work up to more, but the thought of 5 + cups is enough to make me feel bloated!

    Any type of fruit works well, especially frozen berries. Peanut butter works real well too, and a dash or two of cinnamon.

    I usually eat a total of 1 cup when it comes to oatmeal, it gets very filling. If I add it to my oats to my shakes then I could get anywhere from 1-2cups a day. I love OATS!

    Im assuming you all are measuring your oats raw (uncooked). If I eat a full cup oats, it tends to get very filling, plus its thick. I will have oats with eggs so 1/2cup is fine with 3-4 eggs for me. In my shake I will put 1/2 -1cup of oats with 1-2scoops of whey and 1 banana, 1 splenda and water. So Im not eating just oats.

    In the morning I have one cup of oats with a cup of milk, all microwaved for 2 mins. At first I had a problem with the taste. Now I add just a teaspoon of regular old table sugar, which hardly affects the carb content (like 2% RDA) but makes a world of difference in taste. I love oats now. I have another bowl in the afternoon. So that's 2 cups a day for me.

    I'm at roughly 1 and a half cups per day...

    Speaking of oats (not to hijack the thread), but is there anything wrong with making all my oats once or twice a week and then refridgerating them until the morning that I'm ready to eat them?
