x2. Last summer I deadlifted once a week. Between May 30 and August 11 I gained 3/4 of an inch. They went from 15.25 to just over 16 in. I took a week off and stopped Deadlifting becuase someone in the gym told me to stop. I started training again on August 18. Over the next 7 1/2 months I gained nothing. I started Deadlifting again in April and I now have 16.5 inch arms. I didnt even train bieps directly and only did close grip bench press and dips for triceps. I did upper back work 2 days per week but not extensively on either day.

I went from 14'' last summer to solid 16'' now, hope for 17'' by end of summer.

i have 12.5 in arms, 12in are all triceps, .5 are bi's...i catabolize on my bi's too much.

i gained .75 in a month But i just started working out. went from 12 to 12.75

1 inch, in one month. How? I started deadlifting, and dropped doing tons of curls.
