Hamstring curls?
So I have a problem when I do do leg curls, when I do lighter weight I have really no problem, but when I start to increase the weight to one that feels like better work, I feel some popping in my tendons/cartilage? at the bottom of my hamstrings, any ideas on what is wrong/what I can to do to fix this?

I don't know about that one. Tendon popping ain't nothin to be fscked wit. I avoid hamstring curls because of that very same weird feeling.

more volume/sets and stay away from a weight you can only do less than 8 reps.

Due to advice I got here in the forum, I recently cut back on my hamstring curls in favor of SLDL's, and its as if I never did a single hamstring exercise. They feel so much more effective. I never had popping but if I did, I would just focus on other (and possibly better) hamstring exercises.

Don't go heavy on that machine.
Stay with sets of 8 repetitions and above. You should be fine that way. Personally, like to pyramid.

hamstrings respond better to low reps, just sayin'. And I use hamstring curls a lot and never had an injury from them. I think they work better than SLDLs

that works for me also, anything heavier than 8RM feels no good. i think thats the key for anyone wanting to do these, but has discomfort.

would agree with high reps...
also could be incorrect positioning on the machine / machine not suited for the body shape.
