I decided to start another journal because I'm really going back to the basics completely with everything in terms of my training. I'm taking some great supplements right now and the program that I was doing I feel like was too much volume and was just going to lead me into burning out. So I'm switching back to a routine wtih this type of split:
1. Heavy Push
2. Light Pull
3. Rest
4. Light Push
5. Heavy Pull
6. Rest
7. (repeat)
And as most of you who are somewhat familiar with my style of training I'll basically be doing the same type of training that I always do. Basically on the heavy days doing stuff like 5x5, working up to 3RM, etc. And on my light days I'm going to do a bit more volume, 7-20 rep range, intensity techniques, etc.
