    5x5 question

    Sry if these have been answered already but i have a few questions about bill starrs intermediate 5x5.
    Is it alrite to use Reverse grip on the barbell rows or should i stick with normal grip.
    With regards to the 2.5% increase in weight each week
    What if that is a weight that i cant add to the bar? For example if my bench is 135 , 2.5% of that is 3.75. Should i just round that number up to the nearest 5 since u cant add 3.75 lbs to the bar.
    Sry if this is confusing anyone but im just wondering what the correct thing to do is.

    look around the gym....usually there are some thick collars or various collars that might be 1 or 2 lbs each etc

    or wear 2 watches on each arm, lol
