Sry if these have been answered already but i have a few questions about bill starrs intermediate 5x5.
Is it alrite to use Reverse grip on the barbell rows or should i stick with normal grip.
With regards to the 2.5% increase in weight each week
What if that is a weight that i cant add to the bar? For example if my bench is 135 , 2.5% of that is 3.75. Should i just round that number up to the nearest 5 since u cant add 3.75 lbs to the bar.
Sry if this is confusing anyone but im just wondering what the correct thing to do is.
