Pre-Meet Food
I was wondering what foods you guys recomend, and what yall eat before you lift in a competition. I have my last meet of the year saturday and want to make it real good, I wanna make sure I'm getting the right kinda foods. I prolly wont eat til after weigh-in though, last time I qwas 165.5 on the button, and hopped off the scale as soon as I saw the weight movin back up...lol. thanks guys
