    Looking for a list of Good Fats and Carbs

    I'm relatively new to the whole Eating Clean concept and the meal planning such as proteins with carbs, etc.
    I'm looking for a list of Good Fats and Carbs to consume throughout the day.
    Can someone offer some suggestions or send me in the right direction!

    This is from Terracotta's http://www.hotnfit.com website has alot of good information on it, regarding diet and exercise. So it might help you out alot too.

    It doesnt really have good fats on that page. But some that alot of people use are natural peanut and almond butter (any nut butter actually), avocados, nuts, olives, olive oil, flaxseeds, seeds. I also use egg yolks as a fat on occasion as well.
