Week-end Binges

Does anyone stick to their diets and training schedules every week-end? I'm just curious. I allow myself 1 day a week to stray from my diet. Every; Sunday......although I still stick to my regular diet I just allow some room for some cheat foods. I have a bad habbit of eating pizza on Saturday nights though. Not too often but sometimes I just can't wait any longer. I go to bed a little later than usual, bout 12am. but I don't lose any sleep.

When im bulking i really dont have a set diet. I dont gain fat easy. As long as i get enough protein and omega-3 efa's i allow my self to eat what ever. Im naturally a healthy eater, and have never been into junk food or sweets, but some times ill eat pizza 2-3 times a week. When i cut, i allow myself one day a week to eat whatever.

yea same here, when i cut, i only allow one day a week as well, i still eat enough protein and all the nessasary things like that, but i do allow myself to have a few other things i normally wouldnt, after that it's back to the diet

i stay consistent with my diet during the week but on the weekends i tend 2 eat at mcdonalds with my friends alot and cheat. is this ok as long as i eat well during the week?

yeah for the most part, your metabolism is higher, i mean as long as you dont go whole hog and reeeeeeeeeally binge, you should be fine, you wouldnt be able to notice fat gain in just 2 days of eating, but, i personally wouldnt eat like that every single weekend all the time..

I keep a pretty strict bulking diet, and I try to never cheat. The thing that I do allow myself is one can of pop on the weekends other than that I try to not binge.

well i find it hard to eat well on the weekends 'cause i always wake up at noon and then end up skipping meals and stuff
