I had today for breakfast around 1000kcal from dougnuts, and i just add 700 calories throught the day, mainly protein sources. ?
My goal is to lose some fat.
From some reading i have read it will be stored as fat, because those are too many calories in a sitting. For others as long as calories in vs calories out is OK for the day i wont gain any fat.
Thanks, and i wont ever ask a stupid question like this, cause i wont ever do it.... :/ c'mon willpower!

What if you just ate a stick of butter everyday? Of course that wont work and neither will your donut plan. For one, you will be hungry all day and only have 700 cals to spare. There is also not enough nutrition in donuts to support your weight loss. 6 evenly spaced meals will keep your metabolism working the wy you want it to. The caloric deficit will get you to lose fat.
