Pics and Body Fat % Figures
5'10" 138 lbs.
I've been cutting for a while.
I've had my body fat tested using a few methods.
On the Tanita bioelectrical scale, it comes back, on average, as 8.8%.
I take the readings every morning in the least hydrated state. I use NORMAL mode at the lowest activity setting.
[In ATHLETE mode, which I don't use, it says 3.4%]
Based on the caliper method at my gym, the fat% is shy of 10%.
Using a Taylor Precision bioelectrical scale, it comes back at 7.3%. This is closest to the same as a 3-point caliper test, which has been done by a couple of trainers.
I wanted to put a few pics on here and see if you could tell me which of those three figures are around my actual fat%.

i should say stop with cutting and eat for mass

Not to be a dik, but your fat% should be the least of your concerns. You don't have anything to cut. Maybe get off the bulemia(sp?) or anorexic kick and actually eat and workout. WTF?!
Haterade....is it in you?

Funny thing is that some people guess me as being 16 years old despite me being almost 22.

I like to shift gears in my automatic transmission manually in my car a bit using the 1-2-D method. It doesn't hurt it, IMO. People on Allpar told me it was alright to do.
Also, on my body composition programs, I use car-based charts created on Microsoft Excel. These charts are made based on auto principles and simulate a dash cluster. I use them to log stuff and track progress like I'm a driver behind the wheel of a car. They contain a core/engine to do all the functions and calculations using parameters and complicated formulas and formula tables.

You really need to build some mass before even contemplating cutting.
You only cut if you have something to cut.
Please don't take this the wrong way.

Yes it does. What do you have an A470 or A604? I really wouldn't recommend that.

I have the A413, 3-speed automatic w/ torque lockup.
A604 4-speeds were never in the Sundance/Shadow 2.2/2.5 Liter 4 cyl engines.
The only Shadows/Sundances that had the A604's were the 3.0 V6 equipped ones. The V6/A604 combo was an option in some 92-later Sundance Duster and Shadow ES models.
The A604 has the P R N OD 3 L shift setup while the A413 has the P R N D 2 1 setup.

dude...seriously...wtf are u talking about??!!
what ****ing charts are you using that are telling you your current state is in any way a desirable goal...much less losing another 9 lbs and dropping even more bf%???
my advice? STOP USING THOSE CHARTS....or w/e method you're using that makes you think you are healthy in any way...why in the hell would you want to be that skinny? its not good for you bro!!
for the love of all things sacred...drop the anorexia diet and car dash cluster weight loss methods and eat a damn steak...unless of course your desire is to wither way to nothing and have health problems the rest of your life...if thats the case, plz continue...
on a serious note...if you really do think ur healthy and ur goals are in your best interest, plz PM me and we can talk about this privately...b/c all ur gonna get on this thread is people yelling at you for taking a very unhealthy course of action...
