    If you don't have a base to work with, then treadmill or endurance running. But sprints get you into shape like nothing else, especially suicides.

    Stick to running on solid ground. Running on the Treadmill is nowhere near the same as running on a solid surface. The track moves under your feet. Therefore you do not engage your hamstrings & glutes properly.
