Well, if your eating 6 times a day with no protein it will definitly not make your body anabolic. I believe having a positive nitrogen balance (eating protein ever few hours aka 6 meals a day) throughout the day is beneficial to muscle growth and for anti-catabolic states.
Secondly if you do not work out and you are eating 6 meals a day it still won't make your body anabolic. If yur muscles have no reason to grow eating 6 times a day will not do anything to help growth.Height:5'9"

Yes your body is anabloic, but it does not mean you're growing muscle.... fat is a living cell too . Most people hear refer to anabolic state as when muscle grows... so I keep the defenition to that, but if you want to be extremley literal then yes as long as your 6 meals are spaced 2-3 hrous apart then it will keep you anabolic.Height:5'9"
