    mental fatigue before physical fatigue

    anyone else experience this? Im not tired physically but am tired mentally during my workout, and perhaps through the rest of the day a little tired.Like you just want to take a nap.

    yupp. right now actually. maybe you need some time off. sometimes im tired before i work out but i just go through it and i usually can. then im completly drained and i need to sleep. im taking a week off. i think its time.

    Its weird because Im used to doing 100 pushups/pullups situps and 200 squats with my bodyweight circuits that I did on occassion. And there was no mental fatigue there.

    and in repsone to candian iron, Im somewhat tired even after the 20 minute nap.
