Made any progress, thickness wise?
Hey, i just recently got off a bulk a couple weeks ago and was wanting some critiques on my progress...i really tried bulking up the back...
before
after a pretty clean 25lbs

well we cant really judge thickness from that angle but width does look a little bigger. can really tell in your shoulders tho

nice mate, made alot of progress. u look alot wider, cant really tell thinkness wise but you look pretty decent. i would reccomend CG pull downs mate

your lower back got a bit thicker and your lats have flared out a bit more. your traps look bigger as well. looking good.

Those back pics explains a lot. You are too tense!!
Relax a bit, lower the shoulders, and with all those details of muscles on the back will come into place.
You have a great back so don't worry!!! It's just minor posing details I bla-blabla about.

i'll give you half my back width for half your arms.
definitely can tell your arms/delts improved, and overall back mass is definitely better, especially in the upper region. like others said, i'd recommend cg pulldowns (i like to use two seperate handles) with slow negative pullups for width/overall lat development.

hard to say about the back. The difference in ligthing and the distance of the camera make it hard to tell. But there is definetely difference in the shoulders. Keep it up.

Hard to tell from these pics. Your posing definitely improved because your elbows are at a smaller angle in the newer pics which helps bring out the tris and bis much more.
I do see some extra width and thickness in the back though.

your back has improved, esp. the upper part. lower part has some noticeable changes; the gun show has def. gotten bigger. nice work!
