BSN NO-Xplode

I just bought some of this stuff from these guys at bodybuilding.com and I gotta say I think it's like the best product ever. I found that after taking NO-Xplode before my workout, I was able to push myself so much harder and made good gains in a small amount of time. I've only been using this stuff for about 2 weeks but I am already noticing changes. I totally recommend it.

i disagree i dont respond well to stims and when i took it the pumps in my arms were so tight it restricted my lifts

Your noticing changes now because your new using the supp. Trust me, after about a year of taking it you wont. I have used it consistently for over 11 months. Now when I take it I get jittery, anxious and get a HORRIBLE upset stomach that makes me want to take a huge **** right in the middle of my workout. Stick to tried and true supps, CREATINE/GLUTAMINE/PROTEIN.

Noxplode is awsome just make sure u cycle it. Ive done it before and it was geat for pumps. Drink alot of water. U hold alot of water so the pumps look crazy but once u cycle off of it u lose it. This is why it is good to cycle it WITH somethin. I would recomend nitrix only cuz a friend got good results from it. other than that try it with cell mass. there are other products with same ingredients, just find the cheapest one per serving. BSN is a great company though.

No xplode sounds brilliant when you people use it, but when i use it the effects are non-existent. I fail to feel or see any weight gains, veins etc.

I've taken it for 3 days on an empty stomach 40 minutes before my workout. I mix it with semi skimmed milk and drink lots of water at the gym..

Can anyone tell me why this product doesn't work for me??

with milk? ewww. I mixed with water and crystal light raspberry. Tasted so much better. I didnt gain much weight either. veins are just some people . Pumps are a diffinate. U must stack it and cycle it.

oh yeah only take it on training days, if u take it on non taining days, only one scoope if u must but i think its a waist. Its a gemic so u run out faster and buy more sooner. Reps pleeeeaaaaassseee.

he is anti bsn

good points about it though. It's expensive, and you need to take it for a while before the results come.

However, if you stick with it and can afford it. BSN is friggin awesome.

I get the same effect from E/C stack about an hour before my lift. As for CellMass, I just add creatine EE to my postworkout shake w/dextrose....same stuff, 1/4 the price.

tried the cellmass/no xplode stack for 3 months. heres what i figured from it.

pros: good gains in strength, more energy
cons: sleeplessness issues, constant upset stomach, xplodes effects diminished after a couple weeks.

overall i gained some size and strength but the whole constant stomach problems made me stop taking it. plus ignore all the posts that automatically call any bsn or muscletech products bunk. it really depends on the person. remember that everyone reacts to supplements differently. few of my friends loved noxplode and for some, it made them want to puke.

I'm a big NO-Xplode fan and several of the guys in my gym are now using it too after me raving about it. For Me-- it works as advertised. After trying several differant creatines I now use Cell Mass. It still cramps me up if I use it twice a day, so for me I just take it once and still feel the positive effects. I just cycle off every now and then, when my gut tells me to.
I might add that I bought a bottle Gakic, the promise of 10% strength gain was too good to pass up. Well it did nothing for me, except lighten my wallet!
God I miss 4AD!

Hmmm, I dunno. I've read all of these replies. Most of you guys think it's not such a great thing. I find that when I use it it puts me in an almost crazy state and I go totally hard on the weights. Tonight I used it 40 mins b4 my legs workout and I pushed more weight with my squats and I was able to push out more in my other exercises too. On the lighter side, I had some 40 mins b4 playing tennis once and I was going psycho on the court. As for pumps, last week I took it 40 mins b4 I trained my shoulders and I was getting the meanest pumps and the veins in my arms were starting to pop out, I loved it.

I like the way NO-Xplode makes me able to push harder and keep focused, and I like the way it makes me go a little crazy, and I like how it tastes kinda like lemon sherbert haha.

trust me, there are supps that are just as effective with a much smaller price tag......

Just gotta add my opinion. There are many supplements on the market that make these great claims as to what they do but rarely do they live up to the hype.

NoXplode lives up to it's claims, it's an excellent supplement. Are there cheaper alternatives? yes but thats true of any supplement. Do you get de-sensitized to some of the stimulants in it? yes.

Here's how I use it:

I only use these pre-workout supps 4 days per week, that helps with the de-sensitizing issue.

I also alternate workouts using Shock Therapy in place of the NoXplode, it's a better value price wise and it also helps with the de-sensitizing.

To be honest with you, money is not an issue with me, I can afford any supplement I want however I still like to have a good balance between value and results.

Another thing I have done is try Superpump, Supercharge and some others alternated with the NoXplode/Shock Therapy as I get samples from a lot of companies.

As for post workout creatine I have been using Storm and like it a lot.

Interesting post! I've been using n-xplode n cellmass for like 6 months now; and i think they're awesome products since i've made some great gains. I think it all comes down to making sure that u used as indicated on the bottle. Now, some of u guys mentioned in a few replies to cycle after using it for a while. How do u do that and why? Thanks!

The majority of the feedback on NoXplode has been positive. It's an incredibly popular supplement for a reason and not because of fancy ads.

Yeah 11 months your going to obviously build a tolerance. Thats common sense, however for 1-2 month cycles I like it. It helps to keep me motivated through harder times. I like to use this product especially in the winter when its easy to loose motivation.

maybe for some people it was great but the problem i have with bsn is there ads with coleman. kids who look and read those think that if coleman is getting big and strong from taking these then i will look like him after the mass stack its all a joke. coleman uses roids period thats it. the mass stack does **** for him. if you like the products then good for you use them i do not care.

BSN is not the only company that uses pro bodybuilders in their ads that use drugs, lots of companies do that.

For me it's about a product and can it benefit me, I don't care who's name is on the label.

Yes they do a lot of advertising. It's a business, all these companies are there to make money, small and large.

Listen Scivation has had Quincy Taylor as a sponsored athlete, he is certainly not natural. Controlled Labs has Mr. Aries (not sure if he's natural or not) but he looked like that before he used Controlled Labs products, is that misleading also? I personally don't think so.

My point is, you shouldn't judge a product based on a companies marketing. Heck SAN makes outrageous claims in their ads however they put out some good products, they certainly don't live up to the claims in their ads though.

you make some good points but the majority of the young kids out there see the bsn/mt ads. just look into any magazine like flex, m and f, ect. the whole thing is full of stupid adds like gakic everywere its retarted. they interview the guys like cutler and that gustavo guy and there like ever since ive been using gakic im have now reached the next level in my training and **** like that its retarted they trick kids into buying there products. hey if they worked i would have no problem with it but they dont enough said.

I do agree that the MT ads are misleading and they make them look more like articles.

For all the people who've claimed BSN noXplode is great, I'm gonna say I'm one of the few who hasn't really gotten anything out of it. I started low dosage (1 scoop) and increased dosages as suggested, but haven't gotten anything out of it. The only thing it makes me want to do is take shorter breaks, but I don't get any extra reps out of it and don't push through any dead zones.

My honest opinion on the stuff is if you wanna use it, go buy it from GNC, see how you react to it, return it 3 weeks later for a refund, then go buy it somewhere where it's not $45-$60. If it works for you, then I'm jealous only to the extent that it works, but not that I'm not spending money on it
