Training is what I am doing while my opponent is sleeping in
Hey everyone! I decided to start a new journal. My other one was just too much baggage!! Today is my 1st day cutting for a show in almost a year! I've been bulking since May 2005! I don't have a show in mind just yet...I have decided to start dieting and when I feel I am ready to compete I will enter a show!
My stats right now:
Weight: 115lbs
Height: 5'
Waist: 29"
Hips: 35"
Calf: 13"
Shoulders: 40"
Quad: 22"
Bicep: 11.5"
I measured myself so I don't know how accurate those measurements really are.

3x8 seated calf rasies
5x10 calf rasies on leg press- superset 5x30 crunches on swiss ball

I think you should do an extra 15 mins just for me- I would so appreciate it.
Go fast, go hard...run SV run!!

CRAP NO! haha I was bulking for a year!  I am dieting down for a spring show. I HAD to clear that up...I would be some skin and bones if I dieted for a full year!
