if uve been working out for awhile id say ecto...if your like that naturally then ur a meso (and have great genetics btw)

i workout im not naturally like that. i need to bulk man. im only 110lbs right now and in that pic as well. im short, 5' 3. i gained weight before and i gained it quick.felt uncomfortably fat and cut down the wrong way without caring if i lose all the hard earned muscle.ended up back from where i started =/.

if you had a back you would look 10x bigger.

i would say you are ecto/meso nobody conforms 100% to a body type, you have to figure yourself out and see what works best.

either way, lift hard, eat well, and keep up the good work so far

You have a pretty good base..just eat 6 lean meals a day and with a good routine ya'll just keep lookin better n better.

nah actually i only do 4 sets for triceps(push day) and also 4 for biceps(pull day). its probably coz im lacking equipment.i work out at home with only bb, db, and a bench.

TONS of volume has been working for my biceps and triceps. Just squeaked over 15" @ 145 lbs a few weeks ago.
