so i have a pretty good build on me but i have some fatty/problem areas
should i work harder on thoses areas and hopefully i can get rid of them
or should i deit and start running to lose thoses areas any suggestions ??

Diet + Exercise is the way to go. Cut if what you want is to lose fat/weight. That's what cutting is designed for.
