    supersets how many sets?

    ok i hear that supersetting bis and tris is a great way to gain size but what how mnay sets should you do this for on your arm day this is what im currenly doing
    bis
    3 sets 6-12 reps stand barbell curs increase weights every set
    3 sets standing barbell curls 6-8 reps increasing weight
    3 sets hammer curls 6-12

    tris
    gg bench 4-10 reps 3 sets
    skull crushers 3 sets 6-12 reps
    overhead dumbell extensions 3 sets 6-10 reps
