If its your first time low carbing, it's normal to feel like crap, I'd give it maybe 2 weeks before you get used to it. Maybe 3.

Yea bro lowcarb def drains ur a$$ if energy but after 1-2 weeks it should go away . This is the only way I can enjoy my "dirty carbs" for a carb up I wait till like 3-4 weeks then one day I pig out on carbs to restore my body with carbs

Not sure what the problem is there to be honest, so I wont give you bull crap info, maybe someone else can shed some light on this?
All I know is that some people may tend to feel sluggish when they start to low carb. Maybe you can have some pre workout carbs to see if it solves your problem.

Try high GI carbs like sugar, might give you a better rush of energy.

Theres no need for waxy corn or oatmeal for that matter. Its great if you really want to do that but it isnt necessary for optimal pre workout energy.

Try and experiment with higher carb levels pre workout to see what hits your system best and work off of that, but if youre trying to cut fat, keep in mind a calorie deficit is still needed.
