Not sure what the problem is there to be honest, so I wont give you bull crap info, maybe someone else can shed some light on this?
All I know is that some people may tend to feel sluggish when they start to low carb. Maybe you can have some pre workout carbs to see if it solves your problem. We all come from humble beginnings.

Theres no need for waxy corn or oatmeal for that matter. Its great if you really want to do that but it isnt necessary for optimal pre workout energy.
Try and experiment with higher carb levels pre workout to see what hits your system best and work off of that, but if youre trying to cut fat, keep in mind a calorie deficit is still needed. We all come from humble beginnings.
