Review of Designer Supplements Adrenalean
Note: This was a 4 day supply. Do not look at the numbers and assume it was for 30 days. 1.5lbs dropped in 4 days, not 30
I'd like to first thank Sldge and all of DS for giving me the opportunity to test Adrenalean. Sldge sent me a 4 day supply, and I was very pleased with the product. DS is an awesome company with great people working/repping for them.
Now to the review.
Stats
Height: 6' 3"
Starting weight: 202lbs
Ending weight: 200.5lbs
(it was a 4 day supply, so it's hard to give "numbers" here. Also, I don't want people thinking this was a full bottle and I only lost 1.5lbs But the scale did in fact read a drop in weight).
Diet
I am following a 40/40/20 diet right now, aiming for about 2300 calories. A typical day looks something like this. Adjust to fit your needs.
0900am - 4 eggs, 1 glass of skim milk
1100am - 1 whey shake
0100pm - chicken breast, mixed vegetables, low calorie stir fry sauce
0300pm - leftover from lunch (amounts to another chicken breast)
0500pm - gym
0700pm - whey shake
0900pm - diced chicken, salsa, low fat sour cream, wheat tortilla
Adrenalean
Energy - 10/10
I must say that Adrenalean is without a doubt the nicest stim fat burner that I have used. I am a heavy stim user. There was a nice clean energy. It was more than any other stim has given me before. In the afternoon, it would wake me up for hours. It didn't cause a crash though, and I never felt jittery.
Focus - 8/10
It's hard for me to judge this area. I can sometimes have the most intense focus (needed for my career). Other times, I can be one of the worst ADD patients. If I was in an ADD type mood, the Adrenalean didn't increase my focus or motivate me or anything. But if I wanted to concentrate, the increased energy and stimulants helped me stay focused for longer. If I needed to do some serious work, I wouldn't hesitate to use Adrenalean.
Fat Loss -
It's also hard to judge this based on 4 days. I definitely lost 1.5lbs, which is really great for 4 days. Nothing else in my diet or training changed, so it definitely was in part caused by the Adrenalean. Based on how the product felt, I could see it definitely causing some real fat loss.
Side effects - 10/10 (meaning none)
I didn't really experience any sides with this. Some stims make my heart race, or I feel flush. This did not. I never felt dizzy or anything either. As long as I took it far enough away from bed, it did not impact sleep at all.
I very much plan on running an entire bottle once bb.com is carrying it.
