    Supp Question

Ok i am 19 years old, i work out say 4 or 5 times a week for bout 1 hour -1 hour and half! I have been taking Muscle Milk prob for 2 months and i have seen some small changes! I weigh around 157 and trying to gain say 15 lbs and obviously turn into muscle! I am trying to find some good supp's that could help me!! I have read some other threads and its giving me some ideas but i want to see what yall think!

    1.) Muscle Tech Gakic
    2.) I've heard No-xplode
    3.) Swole v.3
    4.) Gaspari Products

I just want to see what yall think, i've heard Gakic is really good even though it is 50 bucks or more! As well No-xplode is good, just please give me some ideas on some good products, would greatly be appreciated! thx yall!

No-Xplod is good for a prework out drink. But for a creatine product I would go with Swole V3 out of the ones you listed.

Yeah if you want a good creatine then Swole is the way to go. Save your money on the Gakic man that stuff is not worth the price.

There isn't one magic supplimet that will make you big. (well there is but you cant buy it at the store). The trick is getting all the nessicary elements.

First off you need to take a good multi-vitamin. It is very important to get all your nutrients.

You should also take L-Glutamine for recovery. Muscle milk is a great protein because it contains the big three: Creatine,Protein, and Glutamine. The mass stack from BSN is awesome for big pumps.

Preworkout: I reccoment taking No-Xplode. It is good for energy and strength
    during your workout.

Postworkout: Cellmass for faster recovery time and nutrient absorbtion, and
    Muscle Milk for protein.

Also take BSN nitrix for a long lasting pump that will incresingly give you the hardness and shape you desire.

The most important thing for gaining is EAT, EAT, THEN EAT SOME MORE. if you want gains you have to step up the calorie intake. Steak and Potatoes are the best mass gainers.
