Which Creatine Should I Get?
I decided to add Creatine to my workout so I bought GNC's Mega Creatine Extreme yesterday. It was between that and Cell-Tech. The employee told me that if I wanted something that's cheaper than Cell-Tech and does a pretty good job that I should get the one I bought. But when I came home I decided to do some research on Cell-Tech and their "7 Pounds in 7 Days" guarantee and the reviews were about 50/50. So do you think I should keep what I bought or take Cell-Tech.
I'm also currenty taking protein. Not looking to necessarily bulk up, just gain about 10-15 lbs. of quality lean muscle mass.
Also, something OT but I'd rather post it here than start a new thread, what are some good calf exercises that I should be adding to my workout. I have chicken legs so with a variation of squats and some calf exercises, that should make them more muscular, right?

Dont listen to these people about brand names. Just buy pure creatine monohydrate. It's all the same.

according to a bunch of articles ethyl ester is the better of the two, for numerous scientific reasons
ive never used mono, only ethyl so i couldn't say from experience
but mono is cheaper and works id imagine pretty much the same

I've been on Cell-Tech's now for about 2 weeks and have gained 5bls. I got a REALLY good pump last night, I mean REALLY good.
After some comparisons though I just bought some of Prolab's mono to try. It's cheaper and evidently serves the same purpose.

you're not helpful, they said buy something cheap and then gave a suggestion, that is helpful. You're a homo, and you're over compensating. Goodbye.

Oh, and Prolabs Creatine Mono = win.

Creatine Monohydrate.
It is more stable than any of the other creatines, such as ethyl ester, so it is your best bet. I suggest just plain old Higher Power plain CM powder.

its really a personal preference.
I am not gonna lie. i never done mono because i dont think i can handle the water weight. at the same time i have recieved great results from MCC and CEE.
but i think all 3 are great products. just make sure you are buying from a reputable company.
After this tub of storm i am going to try out monohydrate. from what some ppl told me on this forum about the water weight is that i can still keep it really low.
but btw. i have never taken pure CEE. its always been a 3 creatine mix. one was tricreatine malate
