So I've been working out for awhile but just recently started looking deeper into nutrition and what to eat when. I workout t 430 am. Post workout I eat a cup of plain Greek yogurt with a half serving of mass gainer about 3/4 cup of dried cranberries and nuts. 9 am is cottage cheese with protein bar. Lunch is tuna. 2 pm is protein shake with veggies. Supper is usually chicken and rice. Casein shake before bed.
I'd just like some feed back to see if I'm heading in the right direction.
Also I workout 3 on 1 off. Off days are usually in the treadmill

I have a fruit/veggie shake before my workout. Then usually 2 cups of steamed broccoli in the mid afternoon

Also I'm 6ft5. 260 lbs. so I'm not sure if I'm eating enough or not enough. I know it will differ depending on cutting or bulking.

I'm trying to bulk a bit right now so I'm shooting for around 5-6000 per day.

Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

So... are you not aware that 5,000 and 6,000 calories is a HUGE gap?

Also, it's doubtful that you need that many calories.
