Just curious at to what your thoughts are on this Stripped Down Hypertrophy program. It's something I sure havn't seen before, it's full body training 5 times a week! He talks about you won't overtrain etc etc. I just wanna know what you guys think of this because it somewhat grabbed my interest for my next program.

I've done a high freaquency high colume routine by Joel Marion with great results. Yes you will have to have your diet in order and get plenty of rest but I have far from great genetics and added alot of weight.

I would think if you wanna do this. You would need to do something like sunday, monday on, tuesday off, wednesday thursday on, friday off, saturday, sunday on, monday off. And keeping deadlift days and back squat days far away from each other lol. It may be worth trying, and going to failure on anything would probably be a no no.

Looks ok. If you are well conditioned you won't over train lifting like that; there isn't enough volume on each muscle group. Wouldn't recommend this for a newbie though, have you seen a newbie try to walk (or use the john) after heavy squatting the next day? LOL
One thing I will say is that although he has included pulling movements from over head and in front, he has failed to include any wide grip pulling movements, essential for targeting the mid traps and surrounding muscles. Complete ignorance of this type of movement leads to poor posture (due to the partial internal rotation caused by tighter pecs and lats; the gorilla look).
Otherwise, if you go balls out on each set and your diet is in check, you should make gains training like this. Oh and of course, when working your entire body 5 out of seven days to a high intensity, 8 hours a night is a must IMHO.
