HI i have just recently brought a curved sit up bench and used it the first time my back was making clicking and crackling sounds as it did not do this when i was at the gym using the straight bench tops but reading through the web it says curved bench tops are good for these who have bad back which i do not have ..
Just wondering what everyone thought about this as the reason i brought the curved sit up is the fact it might make me do more harder on the sit ups .. I do other exercise for my abs just thought the curved bench might be a challenge but with the sounds of my back I am just curious ....
