same way you lose any fat, diet and excersize... cant spot reduce fat. sucks, but its true.

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce, as stated above. Doing cardio and dieting will help lean you out, but as far as just losing fat on your chest, you're kind of out of luck. Just keep with the diet and training, and you'll get to where you want to be!
