    cutting by 100 cals only

    i have a lot of time for cutting..i'm not looking to be cut by a particular time so i was wondering if i just decrease my cals by 100 calls only to minimize muscle loss..will this work?

    Sounds lke an Ok idea...are you going to do cardio still?....If your cutting fat really slow, you mines well walk for 30min every day. This has almost NO muscle catabolism. Good luck with the slow cut!

    Decrease your calories by 100 for what? A day, a week, a month? Or the entire time your cutting? Just decreasing your calories by 100 the whole time you cut won't do it. The more time you spend cutting the less time you have to build muscle.
