First Comp labrynth
So I'm totally lost and could really use and input/ advice anyone is willing to throw my way!
I'm planning to compete in the Europa Super Show August 15-16, 08 in Dallas, First: is that too big of a show for a newbie???
Second: how do I learn to pose?
Third: How do I know what style and color of suits will complement my body the best?
Fourth: I know my stats but tend to use the mirror more because it doesn't lie, So how far out should I start cutting? (I've only been training 2 months)
And Finally When do you start calorie and water depleting, and do you use a potassium supp?
Zoikes! I think I'm in over my head I love it!!! Any help would be sooo great!

First things first. If you have only been training 2 months, you may want to wait another year or two to compete.
Not coming down on you, but I don't think you have any idea what you're getting into. Competing is difficult, it takes time and a lot of work.
The Europa Super Show is a pretty big show with very tough competition.
Good luck in whatever you decide to do.

Thanks for that! I know I've got my work cut out for me, but my motto is go big or go home!!! If you can't feel it your not working hard enough, and if it hurts and burns you know your still alive!

Find a pro
The best thing you can do is speak with a pro and find out thier opinion...and try to attend a show to get an idea the level of fitness you will need to have. Attending a show was an eye opener for me and also got me 1 million percent more focused....good luck.

Hey thanks! I am going to The TX Shredder in July, and maybe to the Fame show in May. Where could I find a pro in the area? Do you know? I've talked to alot of trainers in the area and they keep telling me to lower my weights and do higher reps.... Sorry no, I did that for too long and it got me no where!

I was actually considering doing the Texas Shredder...there are no natural shows in Florida but I don't think i will be traveling this year. There will be plenty of fitness people at that show which you can converse with and perhaps find someone to guide you...Good Luck and I expect a full report on that show since I may do it in 09...

Check out Amy Peters website, she is a local pro and may be willing to help.

No problem!!! I am really looking to soaking up as much as I can everywhere I go. Whats natural vs unnatural, I think it may be a silly question but oh well
