Elite has alot more ala users and feedback is the best way to get the info you're after. Bear in mind though that some of their members have a financial stake in the product and will distort things in their favour.
Recommened does:
r-ALA 600-900mg/day OR r/s-ALA 1.8-2.7g/day
CLA 6-9g/day
Also if you're after nutrient partitioning and glucose transport throw in some GLA also (@800-1200mg/day).
Using this combo of CLA/ALA/GLA will make it 30-40% more effective than ALA alone.
