    Heavy or Light Weight for cutting...

    when cutting, should i be doing heavy weight with less reps or light weight with more reps?

    Use diet and cardio to foster the cut - use heavy weights to minimise muscle loss. In other words do what you normally do vary reps sets as normal but keep the weight up.
