    Question Is this correct?

    I will be doing Babylovers' Starting Strength next week (3 times per week) and I just calculated my daily calorie intake using Mifflin-St Jeo method. I would like anyone of you guys to check if it is fine; I know that the figure is just an estimation.

    Age:16
    Weight: 55kg/ 121lbs
    Height: 165cm/ 5'4

    (9.99 x 55)+(6.25 x 165)-(4.92 x 16)+5
    = 1506.98 x 1.4 (lightly active)
    = 2109.772
    ~ 2100 calories

    Bulking= 10% of 2100
    = 210 calories
    = 2100+210
    = 2310 calories
    ~ 2300 calories

    Carbs= 317 grams - 1268 calories
    Protein= 1 lbs per bodyweight- 121 grams (484 calories)
    Fats= 0.5 g per bodyweight- 61 grams (549 calories)

    This amount is for training day.

    I would like to know if I should increase of lower the amount of calories. I would appreciate any help from you guys.

    Will repped, thank you.
